I Have to be able to mute out Mumble Comms from my stream for Eve Online for OpSec reasons.FANTASTIC Downloaded VB-Cable, and the Latest VoiceMeeter Unzipped Cable into folder, on my desktop, ran the x64 Installer in Administrator Mode.It sits for literally what seems 30 minutes (But its probably more like 5) and then gives me an unknown error.
BUT In the audio devices in my device manager, I see a brand new Device Driver. Once Ive rebooted, I check the device manager, and now the same device is in error (Yellow Triangle) - So, I re-run the installer, uninstall, reboot. Virtual Audio Cable Setup Drivers Simply WillI go to install and.the process repeats itself all over again (unknown error) The drivers simply will NOT install for me. Windows 10, with an Integrated RealTek HDAudio Im not sure that Im missing a step here or what. Also it seems Windows keeps in mind that a driver is not working (badly installed) for several days. So i recommend to unsintall it completly (like you did) and forget it for some daysweeks install Voicemeeter Banana, providing 2 virtual audio cable (usually enough for 95 use cases). To solve this problem you have to follow this tutorial to install the driver manually. The first step is to access the Windows Device Manager, for this it is necessary to click with the secondary button on the Start button (Windows logo) and select Device Manager. It can also be accessed by clicking on the Cortana search bar, typing devmgmt and then pressing Enter. Then go to the menu bar, make a click on Action tab and choose Add Legacy hardware option from the dropdown menu. Click on the round cell against the second option Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) and hit Next. Choose Have Disk option at the bottom of the window and click on Next. By continuing your visit on the website, you consent to the use of the cookies.
